1. Services Provided

Website design and development.
Hosting account setup and domain registration.
Optional plugin installation and technical setup.
2. Revisions & Edits
Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional edits may incur an extra fee. Details are outlined in your selected package.
3. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied, we offer a full refund within 5 days of project delivery. No refunds are available after this period.
4. Support
Minor support requests after delivery (e.g., small fixes) may be provided free of charge at our discretion. For ongoing changes or larger issues, additional fees may apply.
5. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may install plugins or third-party tools to enhance your website. By using our service, you agree to allow such installations unless otherwise requested.
6. Payments
All payments for services must be made via PayPal.Me links provided on the SoarWeb Packages page. Payment is due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. The currency will be specified on the payment page and must be respected by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your content. We retain the right to use completed projects (excluding sensitive information) in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you wish to keep your project private, you must request this in writing before project completion.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services for violations of these Terms or abuse of service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
